We have to stick to tattooing within the vermillion border of the lips, right where your lip skin meets your face skin. if we Stray beyond, you might end up with results resembling smudged lipstick. However, extending lip color to the vermillion border can give the illusion of fuller lips, since lip color tends to fade before reaching this border naturally.
You can absolutely get tattooed even if you're prone to cold sores. However, it's crucial to take medication like Valtrex for 5 days before and after the procedure to prevent any outbreaks. Cold sores during healing can lead to uneven or minimal pigment retention. Protecting your new tattoo is key!
Honestly, either choice works. What's key is having a solid six weeks between each service. Our suggestion? go for lip filler first, wait six weeks after your final appointment before booking lip blushing.
